MONACOR INTERNATIONAL is taking the next step "Next Move", optimising its repair service and transferring the technical service exclusively for its pro audio products to Sertronics GmbH in Hamburg from March 2025. The new service partnership guarantees faster and more efficient processing of service cases, including helpdesk enquiries, repairs and the provision of spare parts.

Sertronics GmbH has many years of experience in the field of media technology and has established itself as a reliable service provider, particularly in the demanding broadcast segment. In addition to a high level of expertise, Sertronics impresses with fast processing times and cost-efficient handling of service cases.

As part of this service partnership, MONACOR INTERNATIONAL customers will be able to use the Sertronics GmbH online service portal to process repair orders easily and conveniently in future.
