KLOTZ SMY414 stereo microphone Y-cable
Flexible stereo microphone Y-cable with XLR by KLOTZ or Neutrik
Stereo microphones are widely used in recording studios and in broadcasting. The stereo signal is provided via XLR 5p. socket on the stereo microphone. In order to connect the stereo microphones to a mixing console or a dual-mono preamp, a stereo microphone Y-cable is required, which provides the two signals (L+R) as a balanced mono microphone signal via two XLR 3p. plugs.
The SMY414 stereo microphone Y-cable offers one XLR 5p. female on one side and two XLR 3p. male connectors on the other side, which are marked differently for the left and right channel by coloured coding rings. The XLR connectors are available either by KLOTZ or Neutrik.
KLOTZ uses the highly flexible, balanced TP414 stereo cable with a conductor cross-section of 0,14 mm² and black PVC outer jacket. The dense copper spiral shielding ensures reliable shielding with maximum flexibility of the cable - of course, as always "Made in Germany" with the 6-fold KLOTZ quality control according to ISO 9001:2015.
The new KLOTZ Packaging also ensures optimum presentation on the display.
